Cheval Blanc Paris has opened Le Jardin, its summer terrace on the seventh floor, and it is well worth putting on your radar.
High above the Seine, the terrace is lush with greenery and designed to feel like a calm retreat from the city below. It is open from late May through summer, Wednesday to Sunday, weather permitting.
What’s on the Menu
Chef William Béquin has put together a menu built around fresh, seasonal ingredients. Highlights include a cherry tomato tart, Provençal-style stuffed vegetables filled with poultry, beef, and veal, and a strawberry sundae by Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric, his take on the classic Italian gelato.
When to Go
- Lunch — 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
- Bar — 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm
- Dinner — 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Le Jardin is open Wednesday through Sunday from 22 May, weather permitting. Tables at Cheval Blanc tend to fill up fast, so it is worth booking ahead.
