Our curated family vacations include a one-time travel planning fee that covers all aspects of your itinerary. This includes hotel and destination research, booking transfers, accommodations (including a guarantee of connecting rooms), spa treatments, dinner reservations, and private guided tours. You’ll also have access to a digital itinerary with app integration for a smooth and seamless travel experience.

For last-minute bookings with departures within 30 days, an additional surcharge will apply on top of our planning fee to account for the complexity and urgency of arrangements.
