How we work
Our journey together starts with a brief phone conversation. We’ll talk through your family’s wishes, travel style, and budget to make sure we’re aligned before moving forward.
If we’re a good fit, we’ll get to work: handpicking luxury accommodations, connecting rooms, family-friendly experiences, and private guides that suit your family’s ages, interests, and pace.
Travel Planning Fee
A non-refundable travel planning fee applies to all bookings. This covers the full scope of your itinerary: hotel and destination research, transfers, accommodations (including a guarantee of connecting rooms where needed), spa treatments, dinner reservations, and private guided tours. You’ll also receive a digital itinerary with app integration for a smooth, seamless experience from departure to return.
Pricing varies depending on the complexity of your itinerary and will be discussed during our discovery call.
This fee reflects the time, expertise, and industry relationships we bring to every family vacation we design. It is non-refundable and required to begin work together.
Additional surcharge for departures within 30 days
We recommend planning your family vacation at least eight to eleven months in advance, which allows enough time to secure the best suites, family experiences, and arrangements on your behalf.
For departures within 30 days, an additional surcharge applies to cover the added complexity and urgency involved. This will be confirmed before you commit to anything.
