One-time Travel Planning Fee for Itineraries
For itineraries (transfers, accommodations, guides, and tours) we require a small upfront and one-time non-refundable $250 travel planning fee (not for hotel-only bookings). This fee is essential to ensure efficient resource allocation for our team and partners, demonstrate commitment, filter serious inquiries, and sustain the quality of our services in crafting intricate and exceptional travel itineraries.
