France’s luxury hospitality scene is set to welcome two highly anticipated openings: Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin in the French Alps and COMO Le Beauvallon on the Côte d’Azur. Both properties promise to redefine elegance and exclusivity in their respective regions

Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin – Opening December 2025

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is making its Alpine debut with Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin, set to open in December 2025. Nestled in the prestigious Courchevel 1850, the hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, placing guests directly in one of the world’s most coveted ski destinations.

Accommodations: The property features 51 guest rooms and suites, each designed by renowned French designer Tristan Auer, combining contemporary luxury with Alpine charm.

Amenities: Guests can enjoy integrated retail and ski rental spaces, a spacious spa, an all-day dining restaurant with a terrace, a bar lounge, a cigar room, and a dedicated kids’ club.

Design Philosophy: In line with Rosewood’s “A Sense of Place®” ethos, the design harmoniously blends with the natural beauty of the French Alps, creating an immersive luxury experience.

This marks Rosewood’s second property in France, following Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, reflecting the brand’s ongoing commitment to expanding across Europe.

COMO Le Beauvallon, Saint-Tropez – Opening 2026

On the French Riviera, COMO Hotels & Resorts is reviving the historic Le Beauvallon, transforming it into a modern luxury destination. Originally opened in 1914, this Belle Époque palace has long been a retreat for A-listers and dignitaries. After a decade-long closure, it is set to reopen in 2026 following a two-phase renovation.

Accommodations: The hotel offers 25 sea-facing suites with sweeping views of the Bay of Saint-Tropez.

Dining: Guests will enjoy an inspired blend of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine, served in a relaxed, sun-soaked seaside setting.

Wellness: COMO Le Beauvallon features a serene wellness space with treatment rooms, a dedicated yoga and meditation area, and expert therapists for holistic rejuvenation.

Beach Club: The property includes a stylish Mediterranean beach club with a private pontoon for yacht access, adjacent to the renowned Golf Club de Beauvallon.

COMO Le Beauvallon beautifully fuses historic charm with contemporary elegance, promising guests an unforgettable Côte d’Azur experience.
