The newly redesigned open-air architecture creates a seamless connection to the sea, with uninterrupted ocean views and a calming palette of sun-washed tones and natural textures.
Led by global luxury developer Gencom, alongside design studios Hart Howerton, DesignAgency, and Chapi Chapo Design, this marks the resort’s first full renovation in nearly 25 years. Every space has been reimagined to elevate the guest experience while honoring the island’s natural beauty.
Redesigned Guestrooms and Luxury Suites
Guestrooms and suites reflect modern coastal style with bespoke furnishings and layered natural elements. Soft tones inspired by sea and sand create a calming atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame ocean or garden views, while private terraces overlook Biscayne Bay.
The Presidential Suite offers the resort’s most exclusive stay. It features two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a private balcony, and 2,620 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space with sweeping ocean views.

Wellness takes center stage with the debut of The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Key Biscayne. This 30,000-square-foot sanctuary blends nature, ritual, and mindful design. The spa features 16 treatment rooms, including three couples suites, a full-service salon, and tranquil spaces such as the Spa Sanctuary, Journey Lounge, and Sensory Spa Garden with private cabanas.
Signature wellness journeys focus on sound therapy and elemental healing. Guests can enjoy the complimentary Renewal Ritual each morning and afternoon, featuring guided meditation to ground and set intention. Scent experiences, curated teas, and serene garden spaces further enhance relaxation.
