Now, in partnership with Dom Pérignon, this historic space has been transformed into one of Scotland’s most extraordinary private dining experiences.

Precious Cargo

The story of The Cellar is inseparable from the golden age of travel. A hundred years ago, trains arrived from London carrying guests eager for long summer days in the Scottish Highlands. Alongside them came precious cargo: fresh trout, Highland venison, oysters on ice, and cases of Champagne, all lowered by hand into the cellar below. That atmosphere of anticipation and abundance is precisely what Gleneagles has now bottled.

Twelve Guests, One Remarkable Collection

Today, the space seats up to 12 guests and is surrounded by one of Scotland’s most remarkable wine collections. The Cellar x Dom Pérignon celebrates terroir, craftsmanship, and the pleasure of sharing exceptional moments in exceptional company.

The Experiences

Experiences range from a Dom Pérignon Canapé Reception (£150 per person) to the full Dom Pérignon Experience at £695 per person; the latter includes a pairing with the Vintage 2008 Plénitude 2, a cuvée that has spent more than fifteen years resting on its lees.
