The cart brings a touch of seasonal flair to guests and passersby. It features a rotating menu of handcrafted cakes inspired by the cultural calendar — from the floral energy of the Chelsea Flower Show to classic treats during The Championships, Wimbledon, along with Easter pastels and festive Christmas flavors.
A signature Celadon Green color defines the Cake Cart’s visual identity. The elegant shade appears on the cart itself and on bespoke branded cake boxes. The soft yet distinctive tone creates a refined backdrop for the seasonal cakes and enhances each guest’s interaction.
Each month, the hotel’s pastry team develops new cakes using the finest seasonal ingredients. Themes follow major cultural and seasonal moments — from floral spring creations to classic British desserts in summer and rich spiced cakes in winter. Every cake is designed to tell a story and elevate an everyday treat.
