Hôtel Lou Pinet is a five-star boutique hotel in Saint-Tropez, part of the Maisons Pariente collection alongside Crillon le Brave in Provence, Le Coucou in Méribel, and Le Grand Mazarin in Paris.
Since the Pariente family took over in 2017, bringing in architect Charles Zana, landscape designer Jean Mus, and Riccardo Giraudi of BeefBar, it has been one of the Riviera’s most quietly coveted addresses.
Rooms & Suites
34 rooms and suites, each with generous proportions and a private garden or terrace. Room categories range from Superior (25–30 sqm) to Prestige (35–40 sqm); suites from 40 to 80 sqm. The Prestige Suite, the hotel’s largest at 80 sqm, has a private entrance, two terraces, a separate living room with a sofa bed, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
14 communicating rooms are available, ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Pool & Garden
The pool is the center of life at Lou Pinet, one of the largest in Saint-Tropez, open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, connecting the hotel’s Mediterranean cottages across the garden. A pétanque court and outdoor bar (under a wooden pergola, shaded by an ancient umbrella pine) complete the picture.
Beefbar Saint-Tropez
The hotel’s restaurant is one of Saint-Tropez’s most in-demand tables. BeefBar’s concept brings together the best cuts of meat from around the world, street food to share, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The terrace seats 100 and overlooks the pool. Open from morning through evening.
Spa by Tata Harper
The Tata Harper Spa offers 100% natural treatments daily from 10 am to 8 pm. Two treatment rooms (including one for couples), a hammam, and a fitness room, tucked away at the bottom of the garden for full privacy.
For Families
Lou Pinet has a genuine family offering: a dedicated daycare service, plush toys, Jacadi welcome products, and child-sized bathrobes and slippers. Bathtubs, changing mats, and highchairs are available on request.
Location & Experiences
Perfectly positioned between Place des Lices and the beaches of Pampelonne (10–15 minutes by car). A complimentary hotel shuttle runs to Saint-Tropez. The surrounding area rewards exploration: Ramatuelle’s market, Provence rosé vineyards, coastal walking paths, and the artisan workshops of Cogolin, carpets, ironwork, ceramics, and glassware. The hotel team handles all excursions and tailor-made activities on request.

Bookings
Lou Pinet is for families and couples who want Saint-Tropez on their own terms. Beautiful, unhurried, and away from the port crowds. The communicating rooms, genuine childcare program, and intimate garden setting make it one of the Riviera’s best options for luxury family travel. The staff consistently receives exceptional reviews, and it shows.
Open mid-May through early October.
