Opening in 2026, La Réserve Firenze will offer an intimate and refined way to experience Florence.
Set within a beautifully restored 15th-century palazzo on Via Santo Spirito in the heart of Oltrarno. Acquired in 2022 by owners Olivia and Grégory Marciano, the project is the result of a multi-year restoration in partnership with La Réserve and Michel Reybier, with interiors by renowned designers Gilles & Boissier.
The historic palazzo will house just six private apartments, each ranging from one to three bedrooms.
Designed to feel like true Florentine residences, the apartments will feature fully equipped kitchens, along with shared amenities such as a gym, library, lounge, and a charming private rooftop terrace.
With specially curated cultural and culinary experiences inspired by the owners’ personal connection to Florence, La Réserve Firenze is set to be one of the most anticipated openings of the year, offering you an authentic, lived-in taste of life in this much-loved city.
