Secrets of The Coral
The new Secrets of the Coral workshop is a wonderful starting point for curious minds of any age. Guests sit down with the resort’s marine team for an interactive look at coral biology. Why reefs matter, how they’re restored, and what’s happening just offshore at Petite Anse to protect them.
It’s the kind of experience that turns the next day’s snorkeling trip into something far more meaningful, because now you actually understand what you’re looking at beneath the surface.
Restore the Reef
The heart of the program lies in two conservation experiences that let guests leave something behind. In Restore the Reef, participants work directly alongside the marine biologists to prepare and attach coral fragments to the resort’s growing coral nursery, and can track their coral’s progress over time, giving families a reason to return and watch their contribution grow.
For couples celebrating an anniversary, a babymoon, or simply time away together, Love on the Reef offers a beautifully symbolic twist: partners prepare coral fragments together as a shared gesture of growth and connection, placed in the nursery as a living reminder of their time in the Seychelles.
Learn to Snorkel Session (+5 years and up)
Confidence in the water starts with the right introduction, and the resort’s new snorkeling program is designed with exactly that in mind.
Younger explorers and first-timers can start with a private Learn to Snorkel session, guided one-on-one by the marine team in the calm, clear waters of Petite Anse before graduating to the sheltered reef to spot their first flashes of colorful marine life. A gentle, confidence-building introduction for children as young as five.
