Four Seasons comes to Sevilla: a Plaza Nueva address in the heart of Andalucía

Four Seasons has announced its debut in Sevilla, adding one of Spain’s most captivating cities to its European portfolio. Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla will occupy a landmark mid-20th-century building on Plaza Nueva in the historic Arenal Quarter, steps from the Sevilla Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, and the Archivo de Indias, all three of which are UNESCO World Heritage sites.

The building will undergo a complete transformation before opening. Spread across five floors, the hotel will offer approximately 55 rooms and suites ranging from 40 to 117 square meters, including a generous Presidential Suite, each designed to frame the city’s iconic skyline from open-air terraces.

Three distinct food-and-beverage venues will anchor the hotel’s identity for both guests and Sevillanos. A street-level restaurant will open directly onto Plaza Nueva; a rooftop restaurant and bar will take full advantage of the city panorama; and a ground-floor lounge will serve as a convivial gathering space throughout the day. Completing the offering: a spa, a fitness center, and the detail that will draw the most attention: a rooftop swimming pool overlooking Sevilla’s historic rooftops.
