Emirates and Marriott International are set to redefine luxury travel in Australia with the announcement of Emirates Wolgan Valley, a Ritz-Carlton Lodge, the first Ritz-Carlton Lodge to debut anywhere in the world.
Scheduled to open in mid-2026, the landmark property will be nestled within a 7,000-acre private conservancy in the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage area, marking a major milestone for regional tourism in New South Wales.
The 40-key, all-inclusive lodge represents a new evolution of the Ritz-Carlton brand—purpose-built sanctuaries in nature that balance refined luxury with environmental stewardship. Designed to reflect the surrounding landscape, the lodge will prioritise minimal ecological impact while delivering the comfort, craftsmanship, and service excellence synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton.
The Wolgan Valley site carries a rich luxury hospitality legacy, having previously operated as a One&Only resort before its closure.
