Minor Hotels has announced plans to bring its luxury Anantara brand to the Caribbean for the first time. Set to open in 2029, the upcoming Anantara Turks and Caicos Resort & Residences will mark a significant step in the brand’s continued expansion into premier luxury destinations worldwide.
Located along the Sandy Point coastline of North Caicos, the low-density development will feature 78 branded residences, including a selection of beachfront villas, all offered for private ownership.
Amenities will include an Anantara Spa, an on-site observatory, and extensive wellness and fitness facilities such as a gym, yoga studios, tennis, padel, and pickleball courts. A dedicated water sports center and multiple swimming pools further enhance the resort’s offerings, while beachfront dining venues, a wine cellar, and a sunset rooftop bar extend the experience throughout the property.
The resort will be accessible via Providenciales International Airport (PLS), followed by a short private boat transfer to the marina, or through North Caicos Airport, which is currently being upgraded to improve private aviation access to the island.
