Aman at Sea: Amangati — Mediterranean and Caribbean Seasons 2027

 

Amangati, Sanskrit for peaceful motion, is Aman’s inaugural luxury yacht. A sanctuary at sea designed for just 94 guests across 47 suites spanning nine decks. That ratio matters: intimate by ocean liner standards, generous in the extreme by any measure. Each suite opens to the horizon via a private terrace and is attended by a dedicated Suite Host.

The Aman Spa is the most extensive wellness offering in luxury yachting, with ocean-facing treatment suites, each with a private terrace and whirlpool bath. At the waterline, a Marina allows direct access to the sea. Eight dining venues and lounges, and a 16-meter infinity pool complete the picture.

The Mediterranean Season 2027

Amangati’s maiden voyage begins in the Mediterranean in Spring 2027. The season opens in May with the Balearics and French Riviera (Mallorca, Ibiza, Barcelona, Saint-Tropez, and Monaco) before moving through the Italian and Ligurian coasts, Corsica, Sardinia, and the Amalfi Coast.

Summer brings Sicily and Malta, the Dalmatian Coast (Dubrovnik, Hvar, Kotor), and the Adriatic, followed by the Greek Islands: Athens, Santorini, Mykonos, Milos, and Rhodes. September traces the Aegean between Izmir, Chios, Skyros, and Istanbul.

October returns to Greece and southern Italy before the season closes with Mediterranean Spain, sailing from Barcelona down to Málaga.

The Caribbean Season 2027

On 8 November, the Atlantic Passage departs Málaga,  via Cádiz, the Azores, and Ponta Delgada, arriving in Saint John’s, Antigua on 21 November. The crossing is conceived as a wellness journey in itself, with days at sea before the Caribbean season begins.

From Saint John’s, Amangati spends the winter navigating some of the Caribbean’s most coveted waters. The opening voyages explore the northern islands of Barbuda, Saint Barthélemy, the British Virgin Islands, Sint Maarten, and Saint Kitts and Nevis, before the yacht moves south through Guadeloupe, Dominica, Martinique, and Saint Lucia to Barbados.

December brings the southern Caribbean into focus: Curaçao, Bonaire, Aruba, and the Tobago Cays, with the season closing on a return arc through Dominica, Guadeloupe, Montserrat, and Saint Kitts, arriving back in Saint John’s on 2 January 2028.
